(Who else but a mobster forces you to take money and then won't let you repay the loan?)

То есть в общем то все понимают, что это бандитизм, шантаж и вымогательство и что если Голдман Сакс выплатит раньше других банков, то он сможет переманить лучшие кадры из других банков теми самыми бонусами которые теперь _правительство_ запретило платить.
