I afraid, that denizens of 42 and First won't qualify for any other specialization (unless they all would expose themselves to sars-cov. If so, we may choose to quarantine them for couple of years just to make sure that the virus won't "re-activate" since some Chinese folks from Wuhan already warned us of such incidents.
